LTC was given the challenge of identifying opportunities for massive savings, and developing a practical plan to realize those savings.


In order to meet market commitments, LTC’s client needed to make reductions in CapEx and OpEx amounting to around $100 million in annual expenditure.

The LTC Team worked with the client’s senior management team to analyze current capital and operating expenditures and to developed a prioritization framework that would provide the catalyst needed for the team to begin working together to achieve the required results.

LTC facilitated the working sessions, developed the action plans, established the communications plan to build employee support for the reduction program. As a result, the client achieved, within the targeted time frame, the required $100 million expense reduction. The client subsequently obtained the the further financial support needed to restructure debt and launch new revenue-generating services.
